  1. Sure you did. How would anyone know what race you are? Why throw in the age of your sister? You boosted your false accusation adding melodrama and got the attention you wanted.
  2. Of course you will deny and refuse to see what does not support your effort to make this worse. I took Craig's word for her behavior at that time and since then approached her letting that incident go. Now YOU need to stop adding fuel to this.
  3. How long are you going to keep this alive? While you are at it try researching what you are talking about? You are trying to make this look like something it isn't. I was asking a sincere question. Stop trying to make things worse.
  4. What is this the opportunity you have been waiting for to release saved up rage towards me for calling you out on your wise crack comment a while back? It was a serious question. I don't associate anything negative with any of those sessions. I know the definition of session however the context in which the word is used and more importantly in this case NOT used makes a big difference. I have never heard anyone refer to surfing using "session." I have several friends and coworkers who are surfers. I don't surf myself. I never learned to swim. However I enjoy hearing about it. I live in a surfer's beach town called Santa Cruz, California in the USA, the home of Jack O'Neill. From my limited perspective surfing and the sensation of it reminds me of snow skiing. Once I discovered it I never wanted to give it up. I have no idea what race you are. I don't care. I just believe you live in Hawaii based on your moniker location. Obviously you have a problem being Filipina and that is YOURS not everyone's. You are not the center of the universe. If you believe you are somehow attractive to me and that I would fantasize about you in any way you are mistaken. I don't think of your gender at all. As for the "sessions" I mentioned, I have encountered just as many males as females in each of those forms of sessions. Why not object to tattoo artist and session musician instead of focusing on massage therapist? Do you feel empowered by the opportunity to accuse people of stereotyping you? In my life massage therapist are good people. I have been around psychics and healers and "New Age types most of my life. My wife was a channeler before she died. The GF before her was a pro psychic. My friends have been psychic. I have known many massage therapists. None have been sex workers as you seem to believe they are.
  5. 9 years (472 weeks) doesn't take as long as it does when it begins. As time passes it speeds up. The last 9 years went faster than the 9 before that. When I reached 9 years old, that first 9 years felt like it took my whole life to get to and it actually did. 1415 "sessions," are you a session musician? A massage therapist by day? "Tips" hmm. A tattoo artist?
  6. The effects for synthesizers seem to have less background noise. Guitar pedals have always seemed relatively noisy. I have a Neo Ventilator I have barely used because I love the effect but the noise is too much when using software and headphones. Of course it is also the single coil pickups on the guitar I use most. Years ago when everything was analog and non-virtual I briefly had a flanger. I quickly tired of the effect and sold it to an electric violin player. He was looking to sound spacier. He already had a phase shifter. He eventually determined that the two effects were similar and one just cancelled out the other, meaning one took over from the other and they did not really blend. However, a friend of mine hooked up the flanger and a phase shifter to his guitar and showed how the result of the combo was what David Gilmour had used on Animals, Pigs (Three Different Ones). It is very distinct. The amp and pickups can alter how an effect sounds, at least with modulation effects. Nowadays there are many variations of modulation. The phase shifter was the MXR Phase 90 and the flanger was the EH Electric Mistress. IMO, for spacey you have to involve echo/delay. Instead of the PS and flanger a Univibe would have been much better. Also, a Leslie speaker emulator (not yet invented in a pedal at that time) sounds meaner IMO. Of all effects, modulation may be burdened the most with an era. The Leslie speaker cabinet with guitar was not widely utilized but it is associated with the 70's. In an attempt to get that in a convenient pedal format the Univibe was born. That also is associated with the 70's. Then came phase shifters and flangers. Most recently they finally got a convincing Leslie speaker effect in a pedal form. The associated era has been diluted as all of these pedals have come into use in recent years. Today you can almost get away with using a Univibe and not immediately invoke images of Jimmy Hendrix depending on the other effects, amp, pickups and what you play.
  7. The ad says "Complete Boss Compact Pedal Collection" Rather than wanting each one to use, I suspect at some point the seller decided to acquire every Boss pedal just to know they acquired every Boss pedal. Maybe Wilt Chamberlain could work a pedalboard of 146(?) pedals. He was a giant. The hoop is 10 feet above the floor of an NBA court. He could not fit in a taxi and had to hang his legs out the window. 🏀
  8. There is a general lack of constructive training regarding how people process the world. Even intellectuals follow trends. The trend has been to pin a label and make everything a simple us or them and me or them. Most things are a shade of gray between extremes but that is too complicated. It is easier to make it one or the other. It is driven by emotion which also tends to take things in reverse order, the opinion comes first then the evidence is sought to justify the POV.
  9. Rick has quirks which peeve people who keep them as pets but he is more human and less trendy slick with his channel. The majority of YT "influencers" have zero personality and mimic behavior of true star personalities. So many try to be funny and try to have an interesting personality when this is out of their league. I love his kids and everything they bring to their appearances. I like Rick although he can annoy me not getting to the point. He could focus more on being the thing instead of being a promoter but he is sharing his platform generously and also co-building the world of the YT influencer. But I prefer the substance over hype while the hype helps everyone. No one would know of him without both. I am happy for him. It is pushing a rock up hill to construct and grow any business and he is a major player in that new world of internet broadcasting.
  10. Were copyrights and patents ever protecting the musical artist exclusively? Historically, what could an artist do and how far could an artist get without the industry supporting their product? It has typically been this way with the aural and visual arts. An industry has co-created the artist. There is a philosophical wall between the greed of the old system and younger generation's free-for-all POV. There is some benefit to accepting how things have changed. Interests can still prosper but at a lesser rate. To reject and fight it diminishes all benefits. In the end Henley may lose more with his effort to retain control simply because he is unwilling to lose any of it.
  11. Guitarist leans down to kiss a pretty girl at the edge of the stage. Pretty girl takes a step back and says, "Whoa your breath! Did you just eat a burrito?" Guitarist says, "Last night. It's OK to kiss. That's not my breath."
  12. Including Sammy Hagar's Circle(?) band with the amateurs gives some credence to the compilation. They were awful. Now appreciate the authenticity of The Who.
  13. Henley has lots of experience with legalities and his creative property. An interesting book to read is The Operator about David Geffen. Henley is also as good as it gets confidently articulating his story as a witness. The other side would be wise to hold him to yes / no questions and avoid opportunities to elaborate.
  14. And he managed to step that up in subsequent performances. He did not disappoint. In later years DYFLID was as much his as Frampton's.
