Anyone notice the sustain when using AP sounds.....kind of generates a background buzzing when you hold it for awhile? Maybe it's because I'm using a cheap Roland DP-2 pedal or it could be I'm a retard with pedal use..... Would a proper pedal do away with this? I use AP a lot for bed tracks, it's annoying....

That's a good question, haven't seen anything on loading the drum patches.... I've managed to do some pretty reasonable string synthesizer type patches on the VR tonight, will share if anyone's interested, let me know what you think/any improvement ideas.

Heh, yep, I've accidentally deleted a few. The looper is fun, and you can save it, but after you save the loop, and you call it up again later, it doesn't load into the looper, it plays once and stops. Which is silly.

The VR-09 is by no means perfect, but for some reason it has a certain quality about it, a "je ne sais quoi". It's just such a fun keyboard to muck around on, maybe because you can just get right at it and experiment so easily. It has given me so many great ideas. Try layering some of the Synth sounds with the organ, especially the sweepy ones. Very psychedelic. Most fun I've had with a keyboard in a long, long time. It is what it is and there's nothing wrong with that. Some may think it's a toy, it's kind of a guilty pleasure for me personally.
