  1. Thanx Dockeys and Drawback... the 1-way connection does seem to have many advantages. So the piano send signals to the laptop which in turn sends new sounds back to the piano, which get sent to the amp. I wonder if using a two-way signal path on the usb cord adds to latency or slightly corrupts sound quality? I hope the 1-cable method works as well as it sounds since I'll attempt to use the pluggin on gigs. From tune to tune I'd be switching the pluggin off and on. Gotta be quick LOL.
  2. So between both of your comments, apparently you can route it either way to use the pluggin. Piano to amp, or laptop to amp, correct? If yes, what's the advantage doing it one way over the other? If any. I'll reply to your other inquiries, soon.
  3. I'm going from USB on my Yamaha CP73 to USB on my laptop which hosts the Ravenscroft 275 pluggin. Next, do I connect the laptop to my piano amp or connect the piano to the amp directly? What's the preferred or standard method? I'm not recording. Just playing.
