Jason... Make sure you have the WINDOWS driver installed first before you use the software. If you downloaded the packaged software from the Diversi Website the package has the driver in the root folder. Once you do install the driver then go into the next folder and run the Remote Software. You can then look at it and get a feel for what is going on without connecting it to the HX3. MAKE SURE that you write down the Serial Number and the two LIC numbers, one for the organ and the other for rotary simulation. These are also located on the bottom of the unit. If you disturb them while working in the Remote software you will have to enter them again. Please call us for anything else you may need help with. Hope this helps.

First, we're glad so many people are enjoying the HX3. The reason why we don't ship the software on disc is that it's constantly being updated. Here's the link to where you can download the complete package. There, you'll also find the preliminary Owner's Guide, which was shipped with most of the units. This was a slightly updated version of the German owners guide. We expect to have the Diversi completed version of the Owner's Guide within a week or so, and it will be available on the website. Yes, we do plan on carrying the XB-2 retrofit kit option. We're just getting started with the HX3 Organ Module so it will take a little time before we offer the kit but it is our plan to do so. Diversi is located outside of Philadelphia in Woodlyn, PA. Yes, we will be handling service. The Jamkey can be put into default organ mode which is based on KeyB's control mapping. The HX3 Organ Module has to be put into the KeyB custom cc. No, it cannot be installed inside of a JamKey. It's a personal thing as to which controller to use as you have seen from many opinions on this thread. We don't really recommend one over the other so much.
