  1. The 37 key is missing the 6 plugins/sound engines (organ, fm, epiano etc). The 61 key includes those. Buying those brings the price of the 37 pretty close to the 61.
  2. For those who would buy the “top tier” plugins, the 37 key isn’t much cheaper than the 61.
  3. The entity making a claim sounds legit….
  4. Which provider is this? Do they throttle after a certain amount? Is it at 3G or 4G speed? Wind use to have unlimited data, but only available in the really big cities. Canada isn’t really cost effective for cell only data at home, unless you rarely use it.
  5. On its own, but subscriptions don't take long to add up.
  6. Well at least one of the two is cheaper. In Canada, they’re *both* priced through the stratosphere.
  7. 9F would be more interesting, not that even the 8F is listed at the moment. edit: Micro USB. No thanks.
  8. Korg is *highly* protective of their distributors. The "arriving within weeks" thing of course doesn't necessarily mean it's discontinued, but that and the heavy discount in the US is sus.
  9. Acclaim was one. Long and Mcquade for at least the 61 key. As far as I can see, only the 73 is available to order, but not in stock. If that means it’s *actually* discontinued, don’t know. 6% duty on electronic keys. That’s in addition to sales tax. Whenever I’ve checked, US websites state they can’t ship new Korg products internationally. Warranty is only valid within the country of sale, at least according to Jam (Korg Canada) and Korg USA.
  10. Some retailers are listing it as “discontinued”. Not that Jam (korg.ca) would care about discounting them this much, anyway. The duty alone often kills the deal of importing, never mind the shipping. Why have a duty attached anyway? What keys manufacturers in Canada are there to protect? Sweetwater wouldn’t be allowed to sell to you anyway, unless you shipped to a US address and forwarded or picked it up yourself. And then you’ld have to send it to the US for warranty.
