  1. I recorded a few acoustic cover songs over the summer. Here's a set with one original that's a few years old, and the covers I recorded over summer 2013. Thanks for listening. The Coffee Shop
  2. A Christian country song I just finished. A friend planted the idea a few years ago by suggesting that in addition to rock, I branch out and write a country song. Vocal harmonies and my best stab at country lead guitar. Jesus Put the Twang in My Guitar
  3. A laid back gospel blues song I wrote. I play guitar and bass, sang vocals. Kevin Brown on organ, Kirk McFarlin played drums. Thanks for listening. Grace n' Peace Blues on soundcloud
  4. Here's a song I just got done recording and mixing. It has a variety of guitar textures. It reminds me of what it might sound like if Rammstein and Hammock recorded something together. Am Ende Vom Sommer And here is a piece I contributed guitar and bass tracks on. I also recorded and mixed it. It's a minor jazz blues with female vocal by Elaine Ernst, organ by Kevin Brown and live drums by Kirk McFarlin. Lady's Lament
  5. I uploaded a long prog rock piece we just finished with nods to several of my favorite guitarists in it. Thanks for listening. House With Two Books
  6. Hi all. Sorry it's been a while since I rapped at ya. I put up some new tunes. These tunes were over 10 years in the making (yes, I work a day job and own a home)! I play guitar and bass on these tunes. I sing a little too. The style is classic progressive rock so if you dig Yes, Kansas, Pink Floyd and Genesis you might like these. Here's an instrumental. There are a lot of guitars in here. It's about making music to your full potential. Limitless This one is not an instrumental. It's got it all. Harmony vocals, riffs, lead guitar, Hammond B3 organ, classic synths, and dueling lead guitar at the end. Wavelengths This is the same song as above, but with an alternate ending. A third guitarist (all of them are me) joins the lick trading rave-up at the end. Wavelengths (alternate ending)
  7. I've been a Guitar Player reader since around 1979, and have gotten much useful info from the lessons in the magazine over the years. Thanks in advance for enjoying my music.
