Myles: I am in the process of buying my first tube amp. I do not want to spend over $5-600.00. I am aware that this will limit my selection and quality. I am 48 and have been a "beginner" all this time. I sing very well, took voice for 14 years in school, p/u the guitar in 1980. Pardon the Bi-Polar moment above. I have looked at some, but want to buy from a local dealer who carries Fender, Peavy, Traynor, Roland and I believe that is it. Any suggestions? Regards, guuitarOCD(Mike T.)
