Mike, Nice Job. Really nice song. Love the pitch bend work at 1:56 and the gliss right after that - with the echo - that's mint! I'd intro it with the stuff at 1:47 - 8 bars worth - then come in with the main section. And I'd let it fade with a flurry of high notes on that lead synth sound.

Cliff, Just had a chance to give a listen to this one. Nice piece! I think it could benefit from a lite beat about half way through. A simple soft side-stick on the snare on the "2" and the "4" would help lock the beat against the Bass notes which esentially are whole notes on the "1". The only other comment is that those faster piano riffs sound a little mechanical - maybe over quantized. Perhaps you could lower the percentage of quantization, or if you are having trouble nailing them at full tempo - slow it down, record the part, and bring it back up. Again, nice work !

OK - I'm in ! I would appreciate any and all feedback about the Song - especially that which is not biased by the love for, hatred of, or indifference about the Red Sox. Also, I have a goal (maybe a wet dream, but hey - a guy's gotta aspire...) of getting this song recognized as an "official" rally song of the Red Sox. If anyone has any ideas or advice about how I might go about promoting the tune to the broadcast media, MLB, or whoever, I'd be grateful to here it. My plans are to try to get the song played on local radio, and then approach NESN, ESPN, and even the Red Sox directly. Of course, I'll wait a bit and start my campaign to align with the '06 season.
