  1. Hmmm. Inspiring Marketing might be tough; zombies and zombie hunters don't have much cash. Corporate Sponsorship could be the way... "Red Bull" maybe, 'cause, you know, "Red Bull gives you Wings" and maybe an international Prosthetic supplier?
  2. "Life Alert" A ZZ Top tribute band...
  3. "Unholy Vigil Princess" [desc] Apocalypse/Death Metal band with a female lead whose voice is revered by banshees and a fan/cult of zombies and zombie hunters. [visual] think the entire cast at the end of "Thriller" thrashing about in a mosh pit... body parts flying in all directions...
  4. Wow! I enjoyed this clip immensely, though I'm not completely sure why. The bass part was technically "ON" and recorded well, but not necessarily motivating. Having said that, it may be the perfect bass part for this type of composition. The video production was outstanding! The diversity of the players and the joy they exhibited during the recording is memorable - if I had this CD in my car, the "visual representation" would stick in my mind's eye as I listened. I hope you'll stay and contribute to this forum.
  5. JC: By the looks on my browser, that's "Second Home"; the other clip on Soundcloud. Marcello - sounds great; love a great horn driven band and your playing was fantastic. Bunch of gear-heads here - care to share what you used and recorded with?
  6. Your timing is off, by two weeks. Darius Rucker's (Hootie of "Hootie and the Blowfish") "Monday After the Masters" takes place on the 15th. Pro/Am tourney, All-Star concert at the House of Blues, Mike and Mike from ESPN radio b'cast... Don't feel too bad - it's already sold out, but looks like a ton of fun. Obligatory linky: http://www.hootiegolf.com/
  7. Same here in Environmental. Between the EPA, Florida DEP and TNI (The NELAC Institute) and their mandatory and non-funded mandatory regs, my workplace (Local Gov't, and I start year 21 there tomorrow) has become the definitive poster child for C.Y.A. Quick story: When Jeb Bush was Governor he threatened to eliminate a healthy portion of middle management Health Dept jobs - you know the ones; people who sit at a desk and push work and paper to other people who push work and paper to other who push work and paper to other ... Those people (who hadn't been 'on the bench' in 20 years) decided that we needed another organization to do the same thing the EPA and the DOH (Dept of Health) were already doing, but supposedly working independently (Ethics gain). Except they weren't - they were still part of the DOH. Kinda like incest but worse - the taxpayers were footing the bill. They kept their state pensions and got a big pay increase. My annual audit checklist went from 1 page to 25 and they can't get it done every year - maybe every 28 months. I'd want their job, but I couldn't stand being completely disrespected by the people I (supposedly) represent. Sorry - maybe that wasn't exactly "quick".
  8. Yeah, what he said. We got laws 'round these parts ya know...
  9. Wow, thanks for posting that. I sent it to my daughter, who played trombone in Elementary school band. I told her: "See what would have happened if you stuck with it? You'd be on You_Tube... in, like, 40 years.
  10. Don't know exactly why, but that clip is the tightest (clean, unadulterated, punchiest, add your adjective here) sounding clip I've seen.
  11. The only experience I had was working some Gambling Cruise ships that traveled out of a TSA port into International waters - day cruises, mostly. They (TSA) did background checks before you could be approved for work.
  12. Absolutely it works, and I might prefer it. The stills seem to add an intimacy to the soundtrack. Thanks!
