  1. Here are a few pics of my latest build here at RockBeach... my chambered body Bloodwood/Cuban mahogany CamelBack with improved upper fret access and maple/cocobolo inlay. I am also showing the unique conduit which makes pickup service and installation a breeze... Pics show the body just wetted down with mineral spirits. It is still rough sanded and has no finish on it. It is the natural color (the back color came out more accurate on the photo for some reason). You will also see on the back view how I have scroll cut the access panel from the guitar back so the grain is "seamless". Neck will be built when customer specs are determined. Contact me at boggsplace@yahoo.com for inquiries on this guitar build and pricing. 2. RockBeach Guitars... Just now getting set up to build out of my new home. Flagship model is the CamelBack but will build custom guitars based on the wood grain and "art". All of my designs will be chambered body guitars for added resonance and will feature extreme versatility and tone range. Boggs http://www.rockbeachguitars.com
  3. Wickerman, I have heard of really good results, similar to what you describe you are looking for, by using JJs. A friend of mine on Carvin's and Keith Miller's board uses a BelAir and he loved the difference they made in it. He's primarily a blues player. Terry Hartley. If you want, I'll get you a link to him. You should hear his sound clips... He's got great tone and plays some good stuff! Boggs
