  1. "Help" is my middle name.
  2. I kind of like "davio and teh destroyerz"
  3. The entire Lenny Williams era of ToP is absolutely must own: Tower of Power. Back To Oakland, and Urban Renewal. Back To Oakland continues to be my favorite start to finish. East Bay Grease, Live and in Living Color, and Soul Vaccination: Live round out the rest of my "absolutely must own" list. The album Live and in Living Color for Lenny Pickett's monstrous solo in "Knock Yourself Out" is worth the purchase price alone of that album. The late 70's disco ToP are... painful. The 80's were equally painful but for different reasons.
  4. Do let me know when. We'll have to get together for mischief and mayhem. Or at the very least allow me to extend a laurel and hearty handshake...
  5. We used to put potential employees through similar tests/screenings. Two general technical phone screens then a 6-8 hour day of non-stop hour long interviews with various tech people and management types. You got lunch provided but you ate while you interviewed. Now we pretty much hire anyone with a pulse. Sad. Good luck, davio. Remember the best answer when you don't know the answer is "I don't know". People respect honesty and they can always tell when you're trying to BS a response.
  6. Don't. Anybody. Say I'm cheesy. Again. For liking. Barry Manilow's tunes. Here. Yeah. I own this.
  7. That's why I keep a spreadsheet going year round. I screwed myself too many times and wound up spending half a day getting all that junk sorted. I'm tellin' ya, moot. Technology!!
  8. Oh hey! I just found a bug in the forum software. Neat. It doesn't format 4 qoutes properly. My tail is longBROKEN CAPS LOCK!!I dunno... I kind of like over processed vocals
  9. I bet they died happy. I used to like the commercial where the family brought their relative, visiting from Italy, to Olive Garden, and he was thrilled. In real life he'd punch you in the nose or at least put a curse on you. No doubt. Olive Garden is the Behringer of Italian food. Well done. Thank you, sir.
  10. So far, the point (for me at least) is to find something new to investigate and head off boredom. I can dig that logic all day long.
  11. I have yet to understand the point of Twitter. I am rarely interested in what I'm doing at any given point in time - let alone anyone else.
