Is there a way that one could get incorporated again? If you don't make any money after the initial incorporation, and then loose the incorporation, is there a way to get it back again without loosing the company name?

Good question. You may have to incorporate again with a new legal name, but you'd be able to still dba the original name.

I would think you could reapply, just send in all your paperwork, and if no one else has registered that name you're good to go.

Sorry I didn't get back sooner to you folks, was out of the state for a few weeks.

Thanks for the follow-up on this. I'm currently building my new studio and was not in business for two years since I moved. Plan on getting back asap. But didn't want to loose the inc. The name should be ok it is regestered. I just wanted to be incorporated again, if I could.

Thanks for the advice.
