Hello,
Im am looking for a contract to give to new artists for my record label. The contract would be only for 12" Vinyl. I would not offer any advance in this contract. I would also like to have them understand I will keep the publishing 100% (or as much as legally possible). The territory would be the world.
The vinyl doesn't make any money unless we sell over 2000 pieces which almost never happens.
I am looking for some sample contracts or advice.
