i have recently bought vt 737sp, when i turned it on i could hear keyboard through this and could see the VU meter needle moving, but the gear is not working, i mean compressor, eq, input selector even my mic is not coming in the pre, its totally disable, i,m really very upset

i'm not completely sure i understand exactly what the problem you are having is... but i've owned and used the same unit for three years or so and have given it some very heavy usage and have never ever had a problem. avalon gear is usually built to withstand a nuclear blast, so if the unit is new then i suggest that you contact your dealer and have it checked out. if there is a problem with the unit i am sure they will certainly replace it immediately. if you bought the unit second hand then i would advise you to contact avalon directly for advice
