I keep lossey records, (don't mean the old vinyl donuts)...I think we're to the point of needing a STUDIO business software. Can anyone point us in the right direction?

Thanks,
blas

I'm assuming you mean lousy records.
I too was a very disorganized person. Without a computer I was hopeless. I've spent hundreds of hours customizing interrelational databases using Filemaker to sucessfully run several businesses.
Joel Stoner make s a software product called StudioSuite that incorporates a lot of what I had done. He also does it quite a but more elegantly than I did.

Thanks Bill, I'll check into it! And yes, I meant
lousy...I think I've been around this 'digital interleave' stuff too much lately!

Just for the record, Joel Stoner's product is not gleaned from my programs but developed entirely by him. Upon reading my post I realized that I wasn't clear about that.
You will need a current version of Filemaker in order for his program to work. I am stiil using filemaker for all my invoicing, tape and CD labels as well as mastering recall sheets.

I've been using Intuit QuickBooks Pro for a few years now and it has been excellent. The new QuickBooks Customer Manager add on is excellent too and works well with MS Outlook and Office for all client information.
