The current owner put the business in bankruptcy closed the doors and let the staff go. This without paying the staff their final checks or continuing their medical insurance. The potential buyer got wind of this and figured he could get it cheaper out of bankruptcy than he woud have without. Barring any sudden unexpected moves, Cello or Western (as it was being called)will probably be reopening soon. The downside is some of their clients and other residents have found other "homes" and the longer this takes, the longer it will take to get them back.
As the old saying goes 'there's always room for Cello"
