I am in the process of setting up 2 DM2000's that will be used to broadcast a live production on television each week and need to find out more information about the proper settings needed for broadcasting in 5.1 surround while downmixing to stereo.
Does anyone have any information, or links to information, in regards to this?
I have read the manaul and looked furiously on the internet for the "best" way to do this but I still have questions. My understanding is that the surround mix is sent out through the busses. However, I currently am using the busses as "DCA's" for things such as choir, orchestra, vocalist, etc.
I appreciate any feedback.
