"The Gate"?

These folks do glass masters, duplications, packaging, graphics, band promotions, DVD's and marketing for industry and indie music. They do a host of other things as part of their overall package, such as mastering, and promotions.

They put whole promo/product packages together for radio air play, (about 500 to 1500 radio stations) depending on the package you get.

I just started looking at them for national distribution for a CD I'm putting together.

Has anyone here ever heard of them or used their services? If you have, were you impressed with them, their work, etc? Any issues, any comments?

Are there other companies that I should be looking at as a contender for getting music out there?

Another question is how can I tell if they are doing what they say? I should get a copy of the project plan from them as a min. A list of the top radio stations they are proposing to contact for my review. They have been in business for quite a few years. They do a lot of industrial promotional DVD work for the government, and business groups. They looked good to me, but any good web site could fool you I guess.
