ALU On-line courses

Greetings all,
I would like to know if anyone who reads this has ever taken an on-line course from Abraham Lincoln University. They lead one to believe that one can buy E-Magic's Logic Pro 7 through Apple for $300 if one just registers for their $200 on-line course which teaches one to use the program. They list the course under video editing and it's listed as being for Logic Pro 6. I suppose that's close enough; but getting a $1000 program for $500 just seems too good to be true to me.
