Hello guys,im axl from germany and I wanted to ask you something…

i have to write a research at the moment for my bachelors degree and i need some info:

where do you think I can find a kind of analysis of the american or british music market(like cross-cut)?

Or any related articles to this matter?

and I need to compare hit songs from the different decades beginning with the 60s and how they were produced…where can I get any info on hitsongs, and who porduced them and where were they recorded, by which company or engieer etc.?
