Anyone have any idea what to charge clients for reference CDs, (rough mixes, finals, mastered projects) and Data DVDs (original protools files, waves etc.). Most sources indicate CDs go for about $5.00 and DVDs as high as $25.00. I'm not talking about the associated studio time necessary to create the CDs, DVDs; I'm talking about only the charges invoiced to a client for the discs themselves. Thanks in advance. PAN3

I have CDs listed at $5 each but I usually do not charge for them if there was enough studio time. Having the list price gives you options for when you have one of those "special" clients.
