Hello!
As an amateur engineer I havent got anything new to add to the conversation. This makes me sad, as I've learned so much here.
Im a guitar manufacturer....worked on or have made over 30,000guitars...made gtrs for (blah blah artists) had my work reviewed in (blah blah gtr mags) have designed gtrs for (blah blah manufacturers).
In prep for a recent interview I determined that Ive installed aprox 180,000 gtr strings. Which certainly means that Im on the edge of insanity.
Not too crazy, tho, to attempt to answer any questions that you engineers and producers may have about guitars and the guitarist.
Not trying to seek cred here...I seek it elswhere! Just doing what little I can to contribute to the conversation.
