I'm not Rodger But I think I may be able to help you. There is pretty cool website (referenced from the Cakewalk site) that has cool little utility called a delay caculator. You can use it to culuclate delay times with specific note values. It's pretty cool and free.

Delay charts are easy to come by, and here is an easy way to find a delay time that is a quarter note. With your trusty digital stop watch, time 11 beats.....do the math to get 1/8ths, 16ths, etc.

To go from Beats per Minute to milliseconds,
60,000 (milliseconds per minute) divided by # of BPM = milliseconds per beat.
