I notice a lot of people making reference to the TC 3000 reverb, which I haven't heard. I'm a long time Lexicon user and have been thinking about adding a new unit to use in conjunction with my PCM80 and 91. Maybe the Lexicon 300 or higher.

Anyway, what's the hubbub with the Tc machine? Is it in a higher league than the Lexicon stuff...or just different? Thanks.

For me, the big difference is in the way the reverb and ambient programs sound. I beleive that the TC has smoother and more natural decay characteristics. I have trouble getting the 480 to decay without hearing the individual delays. Personal opinion.....I wish they still made the Lex Prime Time II.
