Welcome Scott.
While no one involved is completely innocent, I believe this was a gross misunderstanding. It would have been proper for someone to redirect you to the other post. However, since then you HAVE exhibited quite the chip on your shoulder. So relax and know, you got off EASY.
The following thread was, I believe, the first topic I posted, on GM's forum. In case you don't read it, after repeated attacks, I finally told AJ I would no longer respond to his posts, unless he had a real comment to make. I said I I couldn't stop them from posting, but I wouldn't pay any attention to him. So let people get blue in the face if they wish. Not likely it will impact your life. :rolleyes: 
In the future, I'd suggest you ask for clarification before railing on someone's comments about you or your posts. It was mentioned by Craig that you can't see the smile/frown associated with a comment. Believe me, I understand this well. I nearly lost a job because someone misconstrued my comments. Thank goodness posting here probably doesn't carry that much weight.

What a night/day I had yesterday...
First of all, this will be my last post in this thread (NOT in the forum, but this thread)...
I would like to thank EVERYBODY for their honesty and for their attempts to point me in the right direction, all in their own way...each had their own valid angle and I appreciate each one, though it didn't seem like it at the time...

hi ya'll,
