Hello everyone,

Does anybody know a good audio engineering courses with flexible schedule for people who already works?
I have found couple of places, but all of them offer 6 months-based or longer programs.
Does anybody know a school or a training facility were you can go to actually upgrade what you already know?
Where they not gonna pull a 1/4 inch cable out bag yelling- "This is a cable. Repeat with me..."
Possibly with choice of the subjects, depending on where your lack of solid knowledge is...
Let say - "40 hours on microphone techniques," or "24 hours about chanell dynamics - when and how" etc.

I hope something like this could be useful not just for me... :-)

Thanks for your replies in advance!

Have you thought about doing apprenticing in a studio? A friend of mine signed up at http://www.clearlakeaudio.com . He paid for the privilege. But, the owner holds weekend shops, when paying customers aren't in the studio. And, the promising student get to do leg work with miking & cabling. You might be able to do some hand-on with the mixing.

Check out the studios near you. This one is...
