Hi, I'm a keyboard player and I use a Mackie 1402 VLZ as my mixer. And I use my LR XLR to send my mix to the main board. Here's my problem: Actually everything is working fine but Each time I switch on my Mackie, the leds of the meter go right to the top and then slowly come down. Seems like a courant problem. I guest there is a condenser who's working hard in there. Also If I dare unplug my mixer off the main one, there's a remarkable LOUD spark out of speaker. So there something I can do to fix this. I'm scare that one day my mixer just blow.

Your problem of pops and LED meter pegging on power-up is normal for most users. To avoid the pops on power-up, turn equipment on in order of the signal chain (inputs to outputs). In your example, that would be keyboards first, next outboard signal processing, then keyboard-submixer, and then the main public address (sound system) equipment. On power-down, reverse the procedure and go from outputs back towards the inputs. Give power amplifiers extra time to bleed off their power supplies.

So it's normal. My meter go right to the peak red led. But when it's not plug to the PA , there's nothing like that. What is that phenomen?

Whoops sorry about those post mis-fires.
Your comment gave an additional clue about your situation. The PA mixer board probably is giving your submixer board "phantom power" which is causing the pegged metering on power-up.
Better mixing console have channel switchable phantom power to remove the +48 volts from the XLR connects.
If you are still worried about phantom voltage at the your mixer's output jacks, you can buy isolation transformers to solve the issue. Sescom (www.sescom.com) make some of the best XLR in-line isolation transformers for line levels.
