my question to all is this,I'm looking to enhance my blues playing and soloing techniques,what would be some good scales to use along with the minor and major pentatonic scales I am using now?I shooting to pick up a style like that of stevie ray vaughan.

What's Up,
I hate to give away my secrets but then again they were once someone else's so here goes. I like to use what is called the major blues scale. G-Bb-B-D-E-G. In order for this to work don't play the seventh (F). Try this in a few different areas see what you think.

Thanks for the info,I tried what you posted today for awhile tonight,I think I'll really be able to incorporate it in my playing.What you gave me melds together with the pentatonic scales I'm presently using real well.Keep the tips coming!!As I live in a real rural area and instructors are far and few between!! again thanks,
