I want to license a song for an upcoming recording project, but when I attempted to do so at sonfile.com, it says that "This song is not available for mechanical licensing."
Does that mean that I can not release it? I was under the impresison that any song could be recorded as long as you paid a licensing fee. Does anyone know of how I could license the song?
