I recently acquired a MOTU 828 firewire interface for my PC. It is equipped with an external punch-in/out 1/4" footswitch plug. On the MOTU control panel, you can set up key commands for the down and up functions of a footswitch.
My question is - what key commands should I assign to it to punch in/out in Cubase SX? Only thing I could find in the manual is the pre/post roll to set up hitpoints for punching in/out. I just want to puch in with the pedal.
Ideas?
