Still maintain~~~ the way to secure your profits and not watch them fight > to find a place within your overhead-

---------***There should be several distinct racks with numerous varieties of gear>>>>for $145.00 per hour you light-up the GMC, Manley, Lexicon 480, Eventide, along with an assortment of mics--Neumann, Blue, Sondelux etc.>>>>

Can only afford $100.00 per hour? You turn on the TL Audio, Meek, AT, etc.---

Still over budget? You switch to the DBX,Aphex,Digitech,Berhinger, etc----

Our clients almost always find the cash for the upper level>>>>>>>not to endorse the calibre as listed as Best, Better, Good ,,,,, but, if you want a great riding BMW/Lexus with all the "bells & whistles" ..in that new car ?---

everyone understands====="purchase only want you can afford"

Steve,
Last I heard, the old Capricorn (Records) Sound Studios (lately known a Phoenix Studios) were available, down in Macon. Mercer University owns the building, and is thinking about tearing it down.....don't know how much of "the rooms" is still intact, but the City might work with you to save it, as it is a very historic place.
