Apparently we're not the only ones in Hong Kong that's having trouble configuring our studio to work with OSX, DP 4.1, MTPs, and for all of them to work in sync together with other studio devices via Smpte.
Running 10.2.8 with DP 4.1 and trying to integrate it with Tascam DA-88s. We're simply trying to get a smpte signal from the DA-88 to our USB Midi Timepiece AV, but it's not receiving sync. Does anyone have a similar setup or have experience with this similar studio setup that could shed some light on this matter?
We have some old MTP IIs that's connected via a GPort, however, that's another thing to deal with...For now, we're just trying to work through just getting a signal to the USB MTP AV from the DA-88s. Appreciate any help! Thanks a lot.
