connect and use in same time an external FW HD with 2 computers[mac]???Or which is the best way to have access in same time with 2 computers in one external FW HD!?

No, I don't believe you can connect it to 2 computers at one time. You can connect it to one computer, and share it with the other via ethernet. You'll have to set up file sharing and Appletalk if you're not already on a network - and get an ethernet (cat.5) crossover cable.

that's correct, you can only physically connect the drive to one computer at a time, but you can share it across a network easily with an CAT 5 crossover cable (for connecting 2 computers with no hub/router) or a standard CAT 5 cable (for connecting on a network hub or router).

We do this with our Firedock between two Macs and a PC with no problems. Jsut make sure to set up sharing privelages for the FW drive.
