Does anyone else have this problem with their iLok. It just stops being recognized midsession. Usually that's ok as Waves stuff (the only thing on my iLok) seems to work fine once it's seen the iLok. If you restart though, it wants to see it again. Cool... I'll just leave it running, no restarting, right?

The problem is after working 4-5 hours and I shut down Pro Tools and want to do some processing in Sound Forge. The iLok decides it's done it's work for the day and will not light. I get the Wave error telling me I'm not a legit Waves user and I start screaming 1500 bucks?!?!? yoU STUPID F@$&%& PIECE OF @#^@&!@#$&!

And it won't light, I turn off my studio light and go to bed. Sometimes I'll bring a glass of milk and those off-season GS Thin Mint imposters with me too...

Does this happen to anyone else?

Your experience helps explain why some registered users use cracked versions of dongleware.

Yeah, no kidding. And when I e-mail Waves about the issue (and another issue that's to infuriating to go into)...

...waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting... 2 weeks and waiting.

No response.

$1500!
