just be sure to cut some airholes in the box when you ship him. Oh, and put a sock or squeaky toy or something in there for him to chew on.

I'm afraid Steve-a-wewus is already part of the trade! MP wouldn't let Craig go unless he promised to find a home for Wewus. (I think Craig's taking Wewus "for a ride in the country", if you catch my drift..

No way. Wewus has years left on his contract, and still has incentive clauses to fulfill. the byout would be exorbitant, and those other forums are teetering on the salary cap. Wewus may be a veteran, but I say he still has several productive years before we move him into a role player position.
He may want to go into broadcast, or try and front-office job after that. But for now, Wewus is not trade bait.

Jeff, PTI, but that's a load of hooey. Wewus is already making overtures to other teams that border on tampering, and word is he'll waive his incentive clauses if an extension can be worked out.

When HC sees the "baggage" that comes with Mr. Anderton, O'Keefe, et al they may throw them back to us.

Well, Bill, Wewus has to feed his family, and he and his representation know his value. As you recall, he came close to being the franchise poster last season and could have easily skipped camp or sat out at the start of the season... lesser posters have done so, but let's not name names.
I think it's safe to say that despite the summer league flirtation with other forums, his relationship with the coaching staff here is strong, and they'll put up with his idiosyncracies for another season or two before seriously examining including him in a sign-and-trade deal or draft choice barter.

I was just trying to fit in by acting like an obnoxious, teenage, wannabe musician, which I'm pretty good at, and look where it got me. I gotta admit that's pretty funny getting banned on my first thread.

Hi folks.
I mod the on-topic only Electric Guitars forum, and the Guitar Jam forum, which is a general guitar/music discussion forum with some OT and goofing allowed.
Consider this an "official" invitation to introduce yourselves to my forums. HC has a lot of good people (including quite a few incredible players), but if you just hang out in OJ, you won't find much musical discussion, and you'll be missing out on all the Agile vs Gibson and Kurt vs Yngwie wars, which are great fun, as well as the resident guitar trolls, like SplawnDarts (who goes back a long way under different names, and can be reverse trolled into saying some ridiculous things). The Guitar forums are much less xenophobic, as well. (Sorry OJ'ers, you've got Brazilian!)
So, stop by and say hello to all the guitar nerds. I'll try to answer any HC questions I can for the émigrés.
-Joseph

I think they found that my little Baldwin, Mr. Wewus, was going to be expensive to move out of my basement, and would stretch the contract beyond union limits.

I play guitar, but I'm really more of a drummer. I hope your drum forum is more active than the one here has been. It's like a ghost town there.

Throw in "magician" for good measure. While the trash is being removed, might as well get rid of all of it.
