I am able to access the home page of the site, but when I tap into the forum links it takes me to a page not found with another link that leads into a parent directory. Either the webmaster needs to do a bit of tweeking to get things back online and accessible to users or....

.... the domain that hosts those forums is owned by UEM - CMP; the same owners that have hosted the MusicPlayer forums for the last 5 years. Right now, if you look at the sticky announcement on the main forums page, you will find a thread posted by Craig stating that the SSS will be moving to Harmony Central on an anticipated date of July 20th. I wonder if there is any connection to some of the MusicPlayer forums moving and the DMXR100 forum being inaccessible right now. Perhaps UEM is doing a complete overhall in the way they do business.

I have even noticed that they are beginning to use the name of United BUSINESS Media instead of United Entertainment Media. I think there are going to be a lot of new changes on the horizon in the very near future.

This is the Administrative Contact provided for the DMXR100FORUM.COM website if you would like to email them directly to inquire. mlemmerling@cmpinformation.com

Hope this helps.
