I always thought Carol, Wilbur Post's wife on Mr Ed was the best of em all.
I Dream of Jeanne 2nd and Agent 99 3rd, which all had bumbling male counter parts, just like Gilligans Island. There should be a modern day version of I Dream of Jeanne where the guy acts like I would, opening up a whole other can of worms.

After reading the previous posts, I have a few thoughts:
Ginger or Mary Ann? Both, but not at the same time. I mean, I'm stranded on a deserted island with two hotties, no competition from the other guys on the island, and lots of time considering every escape attempt is foiled by Gilligan.
Bailey or Jennifer from WKRP? Bailey, no contest.
I'd take Barbara Feldon in her Agent 99 prime over any of the aforementioned any day o' the week.
