Here's my "sitch-y-ation":

I'm looking for studio monitors for my video editing suite. The finished products will be played in a room that seats about 400 people and has an adequate sound system with subs. What cost-effective monitoring system will most closely represent what I will hear when the project is played through a PA system?

For my audio set-up, I'm going to go with either the Mackie HR824's or the KRK V6's. Would these work for my video set-up as well? My concern is that they wouldn't be "biased" enough towards a PA system. Make sense? Any advice welcomed.
