I can't think of anything obvious, but I'm looking for something like a Micron, but in rack/module form (virtul analog, easy to program, sounds good, flexible matrix routing, etc...)
Also, I'm looking to spend less than $200 (used). I'm not interested in software as this will be for live use (without a computer.) I'm sure I can get a used Micron for not much more, but I figured if there's something cheaper, which I can connect to my Xboard, that might be another way to go without having another board to deal with.

Nothing that completely fits the bill, but a couple of close contenders come to mind ...

Yamaha AN200 (5 voice polyphony but cheap)
Waldorf Blofeld ($800 but everything you need)

The AN200 seems to fit the bill pretty well. Not bad. I was thinking The Electibe EA-1, but it looks like it might be only 2 voice - 5 would be better.

I have the AN200. I like it. I bought it to use the card in my Motif rack, but I like using the buttons and dials on the AN200. I was think of getting a Micron before this but don't need it now.

There's a new version of the Electribe coming out soon, but I don't think it was announced at Summer NAMM. It showed up in some Korg newsletter last week, but I deleted it -- sorry.

The closest, newest thing on the market now is the Waldorf Blofeld. If you want older and even better than the Micron, find a used Nord Lead 2 Rack.
