I am wanting to use 3 .wav files on my motif and that is not the issue, but I am also wanting to put a sound, say guitar sound on it as well and use it in a performance mode. I know how to get the .wav files onto seperate keys and I would be using the bottom C,C#,D keys for the .wav files, but I want to have a guitar sound also, which I know how to program as far as which keys to not have it play on. What I can't figure out is how to get the .wav files loaded into the performance mode after I get the guitar set up the way I want it. This may be really confusing because my description skills are on vacation. (hope they come back)
Thanx,

Rod

Rod:

The easiest way to do this is in Patch mode: find the guitar sound you want to use, and see if it's using all 4 tones (most likely not). Add the .WAV files to the unused tone(s), set the key limits and effects routing as appropriate, and you're off to the races.
