The recent thread about "Amazing Grace" contained mention of some songs that have lyrics &/or melodies that can be interchanged.
Besides those mentioned there I recall a situation from several years back wherein a quasi-pop-experimental band Negativland got in trouble by releasing a version of "Stairway to Heaven" X "Gilligan's Island".

Rather than jam up the "Amazing Grace" thread further, I'd offer this as a place to collect examples of this game.

My personal favorite is singing "Happy Birthday" over the "Star Spangled Banner"'s tune.
