S90ES/Motif ES 8 data transfer

Does anyone know if this is even possible? I own an S90ES and have all my programs on a USB stick. I will be playing the Motif, provided as backline, and it would be a big help if i could use my programmed splits etc.

Good question. I THINK they are 100% compatible, but go ask this question over on Motifator.com for a detailed response.

except sequencer and piano sound these boards are almost the same so I'd think it should work.

I've moved patches from Motif ES to S90ES without a problems. I opened the motif files in studio manager and simply downloaded them into the S90ES. I don't why the performance/mixes shouldn't work also.

Unfortunately, the S90ES and Motif ES8 are not directly compatible in that regard.

However, there may be a workaround:

Check out this site

If possible, give it a shot with a locally available Motif prior to your gig. Good luck.
