I am a 39 year old male (40 next month) that has been a fan of guitar player magazine for 20 years. As a long time reader (subscriber for the last 3 or 4 years) I honestly believe
the magazine always has a certain class to it that the others
lack, I dont want to buy a 10 - 15 dollar package of dvds and Cd's to lure me. I would say keep the cost down and "KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID" whatever you are doing is working,
WE THE GUITAR PLAYERS STILL LOVE YA :-) thats who you serve and thats who you are, practice the same advice you are always preaching in your magazine and about finding you own voice and your own style. I say do the same in tha Magazine don't overthink it, I know its a business but shoudn't you just do what all the greatest Guitarist ever did and despite PRESSURES !!!
from the outside, FOLLOW YOUR OWN MUSE !!!
I Don't care whos on the cover that much as long as i can pick it up and there is plenty to read as always and not just thousands of ads.
I thought the one with all the gear was as good as any,
HEY MAYBE A NONE MORE BLACK ISSUE :-) put nothing on it just a complete black on black ya know ( these go to 11 thATS one louder )
