It did my heart good to see Julian Bream featured in the Ouevre Easy column, since he was such an important figure in his prime. I still remember getting "20th Century Guitar" out of the library as a kid, and how that album expanded LOTS of peoples' horizons back then!

RCA did reissue a lot of his albums on CD in the 1990s. I even have a NY Times review of the box set somewhere. They weren't always the same as the LPs though.

It would definitely be great to see some of his LPs reissued again. Especially his Villa-Lobos!
