I think that it's been brought up before, but I am about 3/4 of the way through reading "The Dirt", Motley Crue's autobio. WOW!! What a read! While I always somewhat like the Crue, I was never a huge fan, but man, they sure lived a life!

I've just finished reading 'A Roomful of Mirrors' - Jimi Hendrix bio, Clapton's autobiography(?) and Ronnie Wood's autobio, 'Ronnie'.

All good reads - especially Ronnie's (unexpectedly!).

I just finished Rory Gallagher's bio written by his long time bass player Gerry McAvoy. This was a very well done bio. It's called Riding Shotgun, and is published by SPG Triumph.

If you liked the Clapton Autobio, try Patty Boyds' autobiography. It's interesting to hear her side of things.

Riding Shotgun is EXCELLENT.

Also, don't miss the Biography of Duane Allman.....he was amazing. It's called "Skydog; The Duane Allman Story"
