We live about 25 miles NE of Tulsa, and the storm that produced the tornado that killed 6, started out almost on top of us. It got cloudy and windy, but we only had a few big rain drops, not even enough to make the driveway wet. The town that had the most damage, Picher, OK, is about an hour NE of us. Its bad enough for people to lose their homes and possesions, but to be killed by it is horrible. I wish the best to all of their families and friends.

I just got back to Georgia today and all we had in my area was strong rains and thunderstorms. But in the central part of the state around Macon, they had it pretty bad.
We lucked out again.
