Solid mahogany body...wrap around tailpiece/bridge....P-90 screwed directly onto the body.....SOUL MACHINE ALERT!!!!

And you just know the Bluesape is going to elicit some deep howls outa that thang.

Man, everyone should have a bonafide Gibson Les Paul Jr.

Not sure yet - got some other expenses comin' up, but according to MF, only 400 are being made, so I snagged it. The L&M store has sold 5 already, all the first day they are hung on the wall. I'm in that store several times a week, as it's only a few blocks away, and I've never seen one before! Some of the gear has had a birthday(in stock more than a year), and I know any new pieces instantly. I should'a bought a P90 axe before, but this is the first one that's come along meeting my weird criteria: US made, affordable, ebony board.....The Rev and Godin offerings are great deals, but I expect this one to hold its value better, even if it is more limited with just the bridge pup, but it connected with me more than any other P90 axe I've tried in a long time.

I like the DC Jr guitars...very fun-to-play.
Though I wouldn't go for a single PU down by the bridge, as I prefer the neck side more...but, to each his own.

I don't disagree, but Gibson does, and it's only offered this way. \:D

I know...I just meant I would only want one if the PU was at the neck.
The regular Double Cut with the two pickups would be more to my liking...but the Jr. is just so very light and fun to handle.
