Eddy Arnold Dead at 89

One of my all-time favorite singers. He had a tremendous voice.

Saw him when I was 14 - got dragged along by the folks - had no real idea who he was then, but the crowd loved him.

Seriously, I spent a lot of time in the entrance area of Opryland USA. That area had an audio loop of old, classic country hits. Anytime, as done by Eddy, was always my favorite of the great songs on that loop.
