I watch Red Green when I'm in Michigan. They don't show it out here. No one out here would "get it".

The schedule for CORNER GAS on
Superstation WGN is:
* Wednesdays 8-8:30PM
* Wednesdays 8:30-9PM
* Mondays through Thursdays 12-12:30AM
* Fridays 2:30AM
* Sundays 11:30PM
* and Sundays 12AM

Up here in the Capital District, they showed "Red Green" for a lot of years. I was seriously addicted to this show, even bought "the Best of Red Green" and "A Red Green Christmas" tapes.
I can't look at a piece of duct tape without remembering that it is also known as "the handyman's secret weapon"! They don't run the "Red Green" show here anymore, except for when there is a PBS fundraiser. I miss it seeing the show on a weekly basis.
Some people in America don't get British humor either, but the British comedies also do well here.

I work with that guy!
Well, not really, but one of my best buddies at work is a spitting image of Brent Butt. Looks like him, talks like him, same mannerisms....we call Corner Gas "The Bob Ga....m (my buddy's name) Show".
Great show. Glad it's gone over the border, even if it is almost done.

I got hooked on Corner Gas only a few months ago. I can't believe it's in its' last season!
I usually catch it at 11pm on WGN.
I don't know how many seasons it has been on but I saw what appeared to be a very early episode a few weeks ago. It was funny how not funny it was in comparison to later episodes. I've seen this before... Sometimes it takes time for characters to develop and chemistry to really kick in between the principle actors. Most of the episodes I've seen the back and forth is really tight!  Not so on that early show.
Guess I'll have to mosey on down to their website...

Why, I've never even heard of it, untill this thread...
Loved the few episodes I've seen of The Red Green Show; freegin' hilarious, man! Corner Gas must be alright if Red Green is getting brought up in the same thread...
I've never bought a television or subscribed to cable or satellite or anything before in my whole life, other than chipping in on the cable-bill when I had room-mates years ago. I'd be at least as happy with a DVD player and no broadcasting reception of any kind...
There's a TV and free (to me) cable in the room I rent now; I've turned it on once in the past three months. There's also a PC and free (to me) internet-acess, and- as you probably can see- that, and my guitar 'n' whatever I plug it into, sees a LOT more use...

Corner Gas is probably one of if not the best comedy on television. I've tried to watch the American sitcoms, but they've all become mind-numbingly predictable. All the jokes are either about sex or how dumb guys are. Bor-ing.
Right now the quality of TV is really scary. As an unrepentant hater of reality TV, I've found myself watching less and less. All I watch now are two shows and sports. Even then, I prefer to wait for it to come out on DVD so I don't have to sit through another round of car and insurance ads.
