My guess is that a guitar designed around 2007 microprocessor technology probably won't be so collectible in the long term.....?

Yeah, good point. One would guess that they'd be as collectible, in time, as old x386 PCs. Mind you, I guess it's the fact that it's
on a guitar
that makes the diff. Wonder if they'll become really collectible or a "YYSSW" thing like a Mellotron.
